One big thing that attracted us was how family friendly it is. Almost everyone has kids. There are playgrounds for all three phases. There’s even another playground and splash pad (summer) that you can access next to us at the park, an easy 5 minute walk on the path through the woods. We also loved that when we looked out the back, all we saw were trees, very peaceful.
